  • Maximum area of 60 metres squared.
  • Only 1 granny flat allowed per block.

Yes. If your lot is 900 - 1500 square metres, then the required frontage is 15 metres, the distance from the side is 1.5 meters, and the distance from the rear is 3.8 metres.
