Designing your granny flat week 1-2

With a range of design options and floor plans, we work with you to design a granny flat solution that is perfectly tailored to your individual needs. Decide on a 1, 2 or 3-bedroom option and choose from only quality materials that will accentuate your granny flat and place it a cut-above the-rest when it comes to design excellence.

Approval & compliance week 3-5

The construction industry requires sound knowledge of all regulations and town-planning laws to ensure that the build process can be completed with as little interruption as possible. With over 15-years’ experience in designing and building quality homes (and more recently granny flats), we are able to ensure a streamlined process through all the red-tape – we’ll have your new granny flat approved and green-lit for construction within 3 weeks.

Construction & hand-over week 5-14

We are proud of our ability to construct granny flats in a simple, timely and cost effective manner with minimal disruption to your household.

We can begin construction within 10 working days of the tender being accepted and signing of the contract; and we’ll organise everything including your home owners warranty insurance to manufacturer’s warranty and final occupation certificates.
